For more than 30 years, I have enjoyed a successful and fulfilling career in public relations, collaborating with clients ranging from global corporations and startups to nonprofits and cultural institutions.

Building on that foundation, I earned an ICF certification in Leadership Coaching. At its heart, coaching (like PR) is about people: listening deeply, creating authentic relationships, and helping others uncover and share their truth.

Today, I am fortunate to bring both areas of expertise together through SMPR Consulting. While this may seem like an odd pairing, for me, it represents the perfect blend of skills and passions that have guided my career.

As a member of Kashbox Coaching, I focus on business and career development. My diverse client base includes organizations committed to executive and team growth, as well as individuals who are navigating career transitions or seeking to strengthen their leadership skills.

At Boho Soul, I specialize in working with people with ADHD (adults, students, parents). Diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, I understand firsthand the challenges and unique strengths of an ADHD brain. Through collaboration, clients release shame, build tools to improve executive function, and embrace goals they once thought were out of reach.

This commitment to collaboration also defines my PR services, where partnership and strategy drive everything I do. I believe effective communication happens through teamwork--digging into what inspires an organization, asking thoughtful questions, and exploring new angles to discover untapped opportunities. No two organizations are the same. My role is to identify what sets each client apart, then create a tailored communications strategy that helps them stand out, build awareness, and achieve their business objectives.
